Admin Executive


 

Job Description:

Credit Card Administration, timely bill payment, track on utilization, proof collection, reconciliation.

Office monthly utility bill payments (mobile bill, electricity/water bills, society bills, maintenance bills).

Vendor dealings (obtaining minimum 3 quotes, negotiation, quality output supervision) with cost optimization.

Supervise Petty Cash accuracy, transactions and record keeping, timely co-ordination with Accounts.

Office Administration including housekeeping daily rounds, pantry services and pest control, rodent control.

Assist the support functions such as Human Resources, Administration, IT and other departments for smooth office functioning.

Regularly track, record and appropriately stock all office facilities/ amenities, stationeries and other provisions for smooth office operations. Any other task as assigned by the Manager / HR Department.

Ensure expenses are in line with Admin. Dept. budget. Prepare and plan the next financial year budget accordingly. and update to renew AMC’s.

Personal administration as discussed (house bills, electricity, maintenance, etc.) within timelines & accuracy.

Guide, mentor, supervise and ensure optimum utilization of Admin., Drivers, Housekeeping staff in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
