Job Title: Head of Digital Media - E-Commerce and Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Media with a strong background in e-commerce and real estate to lead our digital media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through innovative digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with our e-commerce and real estate objectives.
- Oversee the management of all digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Drive the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless and effective experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze digital media performance, and adjust strategies to optimize spend and performance based on insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
- Manage the digital media budget and ensure ROI on digital marketing activities.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends in the e-commerce and real estate sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the digital media team to ensure objectives are met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key digital media vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing channels and technologies, including direct experience with SEO/SEM, CRM software, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
